Overview :
Aricent UNI3 (User-Network Interface for ATM) software is a portable implementation of the ATM Forum User-Network Interface (UNI) version 3.0/3.1 Specification to establish, maintain and release switched connections across an ATM network. It also provides the associated Signaling ATM Adaptation Layer (SAAL) software for reliable transfer of signaling messages.
Aricent UNI provides an Application Program Interface (API) for the ATM Signaling applications on top of the Signaling layer.
