A major Chinese telecommunications equipment manufacturer has licensed SS7, ISUP and MTP3 source code products from us for its Remote Access Server (RAS) system. We provided the customer team with training on the implementation and porting process and provided advice on certain system architecture and RAS functionality. We also provided onsite support to the customer during the system-testing phase.

A major Asian communication equipment manufacturer had a requirement to develop a new system with additional interfaces and support for SS7 signaling components. The MFR-R2 signaling present in the old system also had to be ported to the new system. Interworking between the old and the new systems had to be validated in order to permit the customer to demonstrate the SS7 interface to a PTT Operator in a very short time frame. The customer recognized the time to market benefit in outsourcing this development to us since the certain components of our SS7 protocol suite were suitable for their requirements and we also had the skill set for handling the porting. We were able to successfully execute the project on schedule, permitting the customer to qualify and deploy the system to the PTT Operator, thereby achieving revenue growth that would otherwise not have been possible.
