Aricent Varsity - our online self-learning center makes learning an enjoyable and interactive experience. Aricentians can register for the programs and learn at their pace and convenience. On completion of the programme, the skill set is updated with the newly acquired skills.
Aricent also has an extensive training calendar with technical, non technical, role based and other types of training programs which are tailor made to suit the needs of the employees.
We conduct extensive Knowledge Sharing sessions wherein employees are encouraged to share their work and learning experiences with fellow Aricentians. Technical interactions take place through automated 'bulletin boards'. We also encourage employees to contribute to and be a part of technical and developmental forums like SEPG Conference and ATM.
