Aricentians are a bunch of friendly, talented engineers who can sing, dance, quiz, write poetry, play cricket and various other sports.

Our in-house activity groups ensure that the talent of our employees does not lie dormant, but is explored to the fullest. We provide an environment where Aricentians get together to leverage, hone and improve their talent.

• Pulse - The beat that keeps the sporty spirit alive in us. Pulse is our "Sports Club" that organizes badminton, carom, chess, cricket, bowling and a variety of other tournaments.

• Rhythm - Melodious tones are always heard at Aricent. Rhythm is a group of talented musicians who keep Aricent ringing with the sound of music.

• Anthra- Is your pen mightier than the sword? If so, you are welcome to contribute to sections of Anthra, our Intranet.

• Quarterly Staff Meets – An all staff meet which updates the employees on what’s happening in the company and allows employees to interact with the Leadership Team

• Festival based Celebrations (Onam, Navaratri, etc)

• Dhoom Dhamaka – Diwali Celebrations – A week long celebration which had a variety of competitions like Rangoli, Antakshari, Quiz, Ethnic Day, and other fun events like Mehandi & Tattooing.

• Talent Nite – Music, Dance, and Fashion - you name it – we had it! Aricentians had a blast and got to see their colleagues in action…
